Prior Draft Plan
In April 2011, the Building the Vision (BTV) Committee began developing an academic strategic plan based on President Couture’s Goals for Success. The BTV Committee met regularly during the succeeding months and explored the seven individual goals. Separate working groups were established to further develop objectives and strategies pertinent to each goal. The culmination of these efforts is the BTV Committee’s consolidated draft academic strategic plan. After reviewing the plan, we invite members of the NMSU community to provide their input using the comment form below. Feedback will be accepted until Friday, November 11. We appreciate your time and consideration.
*The Building the Vision draft strategic plan comment period has ended. The BTV Committee is currently reviewing comments that have been submitted, and wishes to thank the University community for participating in the plan’s development. Further updates will be posted to the Provost’s BTV website.*
