Process and Timeline
The Academic Program Review will work from a draft set of metrics and a proposed outline for the self-study narrative. These were created by the Academic Program Review Metrics Group.
Spring
| January |
- Select departments to be reviewed (Provost with Dean input)
- Select self-study team (Dept head nomination and Dean collaboration, Provost appointment)

Collect data
- Departments receive quantitative data from Institutional Analysis
- Assessment Office distributes assessment feedback reports
- Department assembles qualitative items, such as department strategic plan, promotion and tenure guidelines, CVs

Self-Study Team reviews and analyzes data |
Fall
| August–September |
Self-Study Team completes self-study and report |

Self-Study Team submits review to Dean |

Self-study team revises review per Dean recommendation |

Academic Program Advisory Board, Provost, President evaluate program review |
