Work in Progress
Each goal will be discussed at a high level by the full committee during the summer (see dates below). Working groups will be established to draft specific objectives, strategies, key performance indicators and targets applicable to each BTV goal. Work group meetings will be posted and open to all BTV members. Each working group will present a draft of its work to the full BTV committee for feedback during the fall semester. Work will culminate at the end of November with a draft of the BTV academic strategic plan.
