NMSU Koodali announced as Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Provost for International Affairs

Provost Shoho announced Dr. Ranjit Koodali from Western Kentucky University as the Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Provost for International Affairs in his Monday Message for January 8th. Dr. Koodali will begin his work with NMSU on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Welcome Dr. Koodali!

AI Statements for Syllabi  

Three statement options have been developed by the Fall 2023 AI task force for use in all course syllabi regarding a students use of AI tools in the course. These options include: Broader Use of Generative AI Permitted Within Guidelines; Use of Generative AI Permitted Under Some Circumstances or with Explicit Permission; No Use of Generative AI Permitted. Faculty should choose from the three options to include in their syllabi to inform students what level of AI use will be accepted in the course.
