This is a three-step process:
Do not submit any forms via Adobe Sign for signature. All International Travel forms should be submitted to Cindy Garrett at clgarret@nmsu.edu.
The forms below are fillable in Adobe and are set up to be signed digitally. Please submit to the Provost Office as PDFs.
The forms below are required for students traveling as part of University Related International Travel. If you have questions, email clgarret@nmsu.edu or call (575) 646-2594.
